We concentrate on advising small to medium-sized businesses and individuals on variety of tax, accounting and other financial matters. We provide the following services at reasonable fees, with a free of charge initial consultation:

  Conduct reviews and compilations to meet your needs as required by the lending institutions. 

  Perform year-round tax planning and prepare income tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals. We also prepare sales, business and property tax returns.

  We have successfully addressed and achieved comfortable resolutions for our clients tax problems with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Franchise Tax Board (FTB).
 
  We set up accounting systems for new clients and train their staff to perform accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and other financial matters in-house.
 
  We also help our clients set up new corporations.
 
  We are located in South Orange County CA in close proximity of communities of Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Santa Ana, and Mission Viejo.
